If you’re using Outlook 2011 on your Mac, there will be times when you need to delete an old or unused email account. Here’s how to do it.

To delete the cache files, press and hold the Shift key while selecting all of the files. Then press the Delete key, or right-click the highlighted files and select Delete. Outlook automatically makes new cache files when you open Outlook.

After that you’re brought to the Add an Account screen. That’s all there is to it. Now you can add your new email address or just close out of this screen.

As far as I know there's only the manual way because mac lacks a lot of features. (we don't have many mac users so take this with a grain of salt)

If you go into finder and the “GO” drop down menu; Type: ~/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems/Outlook Temp and delete the files there that should

(This should be the outlook temp location for outlook files. Tested on a 2015 iMac)
